RECALL! Inhaler Alert!

Roughly 600,000 inhalers were voluntarily recalled nationwide by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) due to a defective delivery system.  A report from the FDA said that some inhalers were “out specification results for leak rate.”  The FDA calls the affected inhalers as prescription-only.  This recall is listed as Class II which means the product could cause a temporary health problem or pose a slight threat of a serious nature.
